I finally understand the draw to northern Iowa and to lake Okoboji.  It is absolutely gorgeous up there, and the drive through all the small towns and farm land was so fun.  I got to head up there for Amy and Taylor’s lakeside wedding, and yes, it was as lovely as it sounds.  The day went so smoothly, even the weather and the audio equipment whipped into shape just in time.  Amy and Taylor have such a sense of humor when dealing with one another, and a simple sweetness that made being a part of their day so natural.  Their ceremony was wonderfully rooted the faith they share, and at the reception they served at least four kinds of cake and root beer floats.  Enough said right?
