If anyone else was outside this Saturday, I hope they held onto their hat or their veil. Chelsea had to let her’s fly when they headed out of St. Patrick’s in Fremont, it was ready to catch air with all the white balloons. The windspeed wasn’t the only shocking thing on Saturday though. The comfort that Chelsea yielded a large knife for cutting her wedding cake and her ability to hike around in a corn field in heels. Another puzzler was how Owen somehow turned things romantic when at first he wanted to fire Chelsea from his family’s detasseling crew. I’m glad he roped her back in because I could not have picked a better couple to spend my birthday with. I did sneak a piece of cake, cut by the very confident Chelsea, to celebrate a great day and the big 29. One more shocker that I haven’t figured out yet… Apparently Owen has made his dislike for pictures very public knowledge since he was pre detasseling age and he still managed to pull off a full day of pictures like a pro. Its like they didn’t take a bad picture. Maybe he was storing it up over all these years:) Thanks for wonderful time you two crazy kids! Enjoy the sampling…
