I learn all sorts of things about couples in my job. I get to meet them shortly after their engagement, so I get to hear how that went down. I get to hear toasts from their life long friends or siblings, which is always eye opening. I also get to see how they handle stress or chaos, which surely comes on a wedding day. And on Saturday, I got to know that most everyone close to Jared calls him “cheese”. Even the DeeJay was calling him Cheese by the end of the night:) I don’t know the origin of the name, but I know it’s stuck and it works. Jared calls Amanda ham, which also works because the two are adorably compatible and comfortable with one another. They both had no problem filling up a huge wedding party, laughing about how long the bustle took to figure out, and putting up with every single one of my picture requests (okay, demands!). I’m not sure how much decorating Jared did, but I know he set up the cupcakes with his baker/grandma, and with or without the Cheese touch, the reception in Hubbard was perfect and put pintrest to shame! I get to know couples fairly well, and what’ve learned about Amanda and Jared is they will joke, tease, hug, and have wonderful people in their lives together. That wasn’t too cheesy to say right?
