Warning: You may feel extreme jealousy after reading this blog post, if you were not in attendance at this wedding… Because Captain America and Iron Man were there… along with a few close friends. That’s right, an Avengers themed wedding happened right here in Omaha this Saturday and I got to photograph the madness. There were shields and hammers and color coordinating shoes. There were special cufflinks, superhero movie quotes aplenty and tons of popcorn and movie theater candy. Oh yeah, there was a movie theater photo op too. Jealous yet? What about a custom version of a Taylor Swift song performed for a maid of honor speech, or the tell all version of how much little the brother of bride liked the groom at first for his speech. Or watching Maggie and Adam slip letters and gifts to each other up until the ceremony when they finally got to see each other. Or watching a bunch of professional dancers cut loose at the reception? Are you turning green with envy yet? or is the hulk coming out in you?
